I have installed MNE toolbox 2.5 and FreeSurfer on my laptop (IBM
R61), and I'm working on ubuntu 7.10.
After I start MNE and FreeSurfer, there is an error message while I am
using any function of MNE, such as:
/mne/mne/bin/mne/i686-pc-linux-gnu/mne_analyze: error while loading
shared libraries: liblapack.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
Then, I try to download the LAPACK libraries and unpack this file in
the mne root folder (/mne/mne). However, the same error message still
come out. Any ideas what is going wrong?
