MEG bad channels

Hi,

  I was analyzing the MEG and EEG data through MNE analysis. I marked the
bad channels and computed the average using the averaging script in the
batch mode. But the mne_evoked_data_summary didn't show up any bad
channels from the ave.fif file. When I computed the average using the
mne_browse_raw using the GUI it displayed the bad channels and computed
the average . Can ayone please tell me why the bad channels weren't
shown while using the batch mode.

Hi,

It's hard to know what goes wrong without more details. Bad channels
do show up on the mne sample dataset with:

$mne_evoked_data_summary --in sample_audvis-ave.fif
