Inverse Operator error

Hi,

When trying to compute the inverse solution on the sample data set, I'm
getting the following error prompt when the mne_do_inverse_operator
program is done running:

'/usr/pubsw/packages/mne/stable/bin/mne_do_inverse_operator: line 320:
8678 Segmentation fault $inv_command
Inverse operator decomposition failed (see above)'

What does this message mean and how can this be fixed?

Hello Gabriel,

this is very surprising.

could you share the files that produce the problem and the script you
used to generate them?

did you transfer the files via ftp or any other protocol?
