Highpass and lowpass filters did not work

External Email - Use Caution

Hi all,

In my preprocessing step, I have used the highpass filter of 0.1Hz and
lowpass filter of 100.0 Hz in addition to the notch_filter of 60Hz. It also
shows up in my epochs.info. However, after plotting "epochs.psd ". I still
have higher frequencies and line noises. I have attached the picture of my
epochs.info and epochs.psd plot in addition to the ica component of the
epoched data. I'd be thankful if anyone could let me know the possible
reason for this issue.

Thanks,
-Mary

you should check that you passed to Epochs the right raw object (check
copies etc.)

I don't see how what you report can happen.
