Having trouble building a snirf file from fNIRS hbo hbr csv files. I followed the custom data import tutorial (Importing data from fNIRS devices — MNE 0.24.1 documentation) and my data seems to be imported correctly, the channel names and data looks OK when I plot it. However, there is a lot of missing data in the info and raw data objects, but I cant figure out how to supply that additional data (inter-optode distances, sensor locations, other snirf fields…).
Appreciate any help!
