Group analysis study for MEG data

Hi,
I am using this script.

(Permutation t-test on source data with spatio-temporal clustering — MNE 0.23.0 documentation)

Apparently, this script has the capability of comparing the results of more than one test subject. However, the script uses just one. I don’t really know how to go about adding multiple test subjects.

Please help me.

  • operating system: Windows 10

this example uses epochs as observations. For a group analysis the observations are the subjects.

if you have morphed all your STC data to fsaverage it should not be very different.
