Epoched EEG data artifact rejection methods

I was wondering if there is interest in implementing methods of artifact rejection for epoched data, such as:

  1. artifact detection through moving window peak-to-peak threshold;
  2. artifact detection through step-like function.

These are semi-standard artifact detection methods commonly used in ERPology (and implemented in ERPLAB), so it would be cool that have them in MNE too.
