EMD into a signal with mne?

Hello everyone,

  • MNE version: e.g. 1.6.0
  • operating system: Windows 10

Does anyone know how to do an Empirical Mode Decomposition EMD of a signal with the mne library? It’s this possible?

From what I know, Mne Library does not support EMD.

You would have to use the signal after the artifact removal and then apply the EMD process to it.
