I am trying to replicate this DICS tutorial with my EEG dataset – Compute source power using DICS beamformer — MNE 1.7.1 documentation
I have taken out quite a few of the channels or marked them as ‘bads’. When I plot the brain DICS power maps, I see power in regions where the channels were removed (and even neighboring channels around that area were removed) and I have not done interpolation. Does this DICS method account for dropped channels ? How does it work ?
