Hi all,
I would like to conduct a regression of trial time frequency maps generated from mean source estimates within labels (Time frequency map per label per epoch) and a regressor representing each type of stimulus level ( N levels=26). I see that mne.stats.linear_regression can work on source estimates, however will work on the output of say the power and ITC values generated by mne.minimum_norm.source_induced_power such as calculate the correlation or regression between ITC or power maps and my stimulus vector across all time frequency points?
