Hello,
I am measuring EEG connectivity in a group of participants across two conditions, however only a small subset of the participants have EEG epochs across both conditions. Most of the participants only have EEG epoch in one condition. One condition also has almost twice as much EEG epochs as the other condition.
I would like some input on what kind of statistical analyses I could use to look at differences in connectivity across both conditions.
