Baseline normalization with logratio of average TFR data

Hi all,

I wonder how to interpret the average TFR data after using logratio option for baseline normalization. Logratio seems to correspond to the definition of decibel. Does someone with a math/engeneeering background knows if it is the indeed the case?

  • MNE version: 1.2
  • operating system: macOS 12

I’m wondering this as well. I cannot seem to find what kind of log is taken? log10 or log …?
