Hi all,

I am getting this error copied below. Since I am just using the head model for coregistration, it is not essential it not have any imperfections. So is there a way preferably to get the error not to occur or if not bypass the error?

External Email - Use Caution

Can you try running it with "--force" to skip topology checks?

Eric

That worked, thanks Eric. Still not sure why those warnings are coming up but neck, eyes a little bit and lower face of the head.fif were very noisy and poorly reconstructed. That shouldn't effect anything however.

Thanks,

Alex
