# Refining coordinate transformations

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to perform the initial MEG-MRI coordinate  
system alignment, using MRIlab (for the ease of defining the anatomical  
landmarks), and later refine the coordinate transformation using  
mne\_analyze. If so, how can this be accomplished?
