Hi,

I am new to the MNE environment. I was analyzing the sample data set. I
deleted the bad channels and computed the averages. But my averaged
data still shows up the bad channel. Can anyone please tell me how do i
exactly clear the bad channels. Is it just File----Apply bad channels?

Thank you,
Aishwarya

Hi,

did you do something like:

mne\_mark\_bad\_channels --bad sample\_bads.bad sample\_audvis\_raw.fif

where sample\_bads.bad contains :

MEG 2443
EEG 053
