Hi everyone!
I want to know how to plot the source estimate only within a given label, without showing the results from other locations.
Thanks!

Hi,

Use this API: [mne.minimum\_norm.apply\_inverse — MNE 1.4.2 documentation](https://mne.tools/stable/generated/mne.minimum_norm.apply_inverse.html) with a label.
Just provide the label to restrict the source reconstruction.

Hope it helps.

best,
Dip
