Montage setting differences in MNE vs EEGLab

I was just wondering if there are any differences in template Montage setting in MNE-Python vs EEGLab?

I’m trying to determine if I run an algorithm that depends on the montage in MNE vs EEGlab, if there are any differences.

I am pretty sure that there are some differences, because I remember Austin working on this and mentioning:

in https://github.com/sappelhoff/pyprep/pull/96. I’ll try to tag him (he doesn’t seem to have an MNE discourse account yet) in GitHub, maybe he’ll drop by and chime in.
