Hi,

I am trying to run mne\_process\_raw from batch with an event file in the
old format. However, when I run the command I get the following error
message:
"Event file is in the old format. Taking into account offset of 135000
samples
Read 168 events from converted\_for\_testing.eve
Computing...
Too few samples (required : 1885 got : 0)"

What do I do wrong?
thanks, Sarah

Below is the command I run:
"mne\_process\_raw \
--raw SBT\_MEG\_005\_run1\_raw.fif \
--cov SBT\_MEG\_005\_testing\_con\_0.01-200Hz.cov \
--gcov SBT\_MEG\_005\_con\_0.01-200Hz\_run1cov.fif \
--filteroff \
--digtrig STI\_014 \
--projon \
--ave SBT\_MEG\_005\_testing\_con\_0.01-200Hz.ave \
--gave SBT\_MEG\_005\_run1\_con\_0.01-200Hz.fif"
