Hello Everyone,

I was going through the application of the Laplacian filter using my own
data and the tutorial (
[https://github.com/mne-tools/mnepython/blob/master/examples/preprocessing/plot\_eeg\_csd.py](https://github.com/mne-tools/mnepython/blob/master/examples/preprocessing/plot_eeg_csd.py)
).
However, the mne.preprocessing.compute\_current\_source\_density() do not seem
the work.

AttributeError: module 'mne.preprocessing' has no attribute
'compute\_current\_source\_density'

Could there be something wrong with the .py script?
Thank you very much for your help and for developing MNE!

Dear Fran?ois,

make sure your version of mne python is recent enough.

to check you can do from a terminal

mne sys\_info

from python

mne.sys\_info()

compute\_current\_source\_density appeared in version 0.20 that was
released a few days ago.

Alex

Indeed, I wasn't up to date, did not notice the last version!

Thank you so much.
