# mne\_average\_estimates patch now available

Dear Users,

The fixed version of mne\_average\_estimates (1.5) is now available on  
the MNE download web site ([http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/martinos/](http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/martinos/)  
userInfo/data/MNE\_register/index.php). This will fix the bug in  
computing the grand averages, which in most cases caused the values  
to be two times as big as intended.

To install the fix,

1. Download mne\_average\_estimates-1.5.tar.gz  
2. cd \<MEGswdir\> (See Manual Appendix C)  
3. tar zxvf \<this tarball\>
