# mne\_average\_estimates desc file

Hi MNE list,

What is the right syntax to use to get mne\_average\_estimates to  
average multiple input files together? I tried using spaces as in:

> stc 11-COMB/meg/11\_grandave 7-COMB/meg/7\_grandave 8-COMB/meg/  
> 8\_grandave 4-COMB/meg/4\_grandave 14-COMB/meg/14\_grandave

It only read the rh-stc and lh-stc files for the first subject.

This would be:

stc 11-COMB/meg/11\_grandave  
stc 7-COMB/meg/7\_grandave  
...

i.e. use stc for every input file
