Hello,

I am using Epochs.plot to scroll through my data to inspect whether there are any remaining artefacts. If I select some epochs, these will be automatically dropped from the epochs object, which is great. However, I cannot seem to find any info about which epochs I ultimately
selected as bad. Is there a way to get a list of the dropped epoch after closing Epochs.plot()? I need this to remove these trials from my behavioural data file.

Thanks,

Dirk

Hi,

have a look at

epochs.selection
and
epochs.drop\_log

it's documented here
[http://martinos.org/mne/dev/auto\_tutorials/plot\_object\_epochs.html](http://martinos.org/mne/dev/auto_tutorials/plot_object_epochs.html)

Search for selection
