Hello! I just had a quick question. Is there a way to reject epochs based on maximum/minimum amplitudes? I am trying to recreate a script from other software in mne. I know that mne provides an option to reject based on peak-to-peak signal amplitude (PTP), but I was wondering if there was another option to reject just based on absolute amplitude. Thanks!

Hello, there is no easy way to do this just yet, but this is on our roadmap.

Best wishes,
Richard

Hello @richard! Is this something I could help with? Or would it be difficult since it involves modifying a core class of mne.

Thanks!

We’re keeping track of this here:

I suppose you could reach out do @drammock if you’re interested in working on this!

Best wishes,
Richard
