# how to fastly remove the BAD\_ACK\_SKIP

What is the simpliest way to remove by BAD\_ACK\_SKIP segments from my raw objet?

Hello,

`BAD_ACQ_SKIP` for “Bad Acquisition Skip” are segments without any data. Most MNE functions have a `reject_by_annotation` argument which let’s you control how segments annotated with `BAD_xxx` are handled.
