Thank you in advance,

For a given subject, the Talairach transform from a different subject is
being added when loading a surface in mne\_analyze. For this subject there
also appears to be abberation in further processing. How does mne\_analyze
call the Talairach when loading inflated surfaces? Does this indicate that
I had the wrong subject set during a previous processing step? The given
subject does have the correct talairach.xfm file, but for some reason
another subject's Talairach is called. Here are the last few lines printed
can be seen, 118's is being called):

Reading
/autofs/space/kerrlab\_002/users/MNE\_Analysis/KER\_MBSR/subjects/KER\_MBSR\_111/mri/T1.mgz...[done]
Adding Talairach transforms...read
/autofs/space/kerrlab\_002/users/MBSR\_data/MRI\_files/FREESURFER/KER\_MBSR\_118/mri/transforms/talairach.xfm...[done]

Any idea what might be occuring?

Thanks again,

Matthew

What do you get when you type echo $SUBJECT?

When echoing the variable SUBJECT, KER\_MBSR\_111 is printed... and 118's
Talairach is still added when loading surfaces in mne\_analyze
