Hi,

I was analyzing the MEG and EEG data through MNE analysis. I marked the
bad channels and computed the average using the averaging script in the
batch mode. But the mne\_evoked\_data\_summary didn't show up any bad
channels from the ave.fif file. When I computed the average using the
mne\_browse\_raw using the GUI it displayed the bad channels and computed
the average . Can ayone please tell me why the bad channels weren't
shown while using the batch mode.

Thank you,
Aishwarya
