Can I use MNE for front end/web apps?

I would like to ask you:

  • We want to develop a front-end of a web app, which will be able to display MRIs using MNE library. Thus, we would like to have some guidelines regarding:
  • which Front-end framework should we use in order to be able to use this library?
  • Which is the data structure of the MRI?
  • How we will be able to display an MRI (using iframes ??)?

Of course, it would be more than helpful to see a completed example of a front-end which displays MRIs or at least to know which libraries and documentations we have to read.

I think you should look into nipy which is focused on the different flavors of MRI.
